Kullanım Koşulları
Drobem'i kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu koşullar Apple App Store Gözden Geçirme Rehberi 1.2 (kullanıcı içeriği olan uygulamalar) gerekliliklerini karşılar.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
Drobem, kullanıcıların dijital gardırop oluşturmasına, kombin tasarlamasına, paylaşmasına ve diğer kullanıcılarla sohbet etmesine olanak tanıyan mobil bir uygulamadır.
2. Hesap Yükümlülükleri
- 16 yaş ve üstü olmalısınız.
- Hesap bilgilerinizi doğru ve güncel tutmalısınız.
- Şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap açabilir.
- Hesabınızı başkasına devredemezsiniz.
3. Yasaklı İçerik ve Davranış (Sıfır Tolerans)
Drobem'de aşağıdaki içerik ve davranışlar kesinlikle yasaktır. İhlal halinde içeriğiniz silinir, hesabınız uyarısız askıya alınır veya kalıcı olarak kapatılır.
- Pornografik, müstehcen, çıplaklık içeren içerik
- Şiddet, kendine zarar verme, intihar teşvik eden içerik
- Nefret söylemi, ırkçılık, ayrımcılık, dini hakaret
- Taciz, zorbalık, tehdit, kişiyi rahatsız etme
- Spam, sahte hesap, otomatik (bot) etkileşim
- Telif hakkı, marka veya kişilik haklarını ihlal eden içerik
- Yanıltıcı bilgi, dolandırıcılık girişimi
- Yasadışı ürün/hizmet tanıtımı
- Başkasının özel verilerini izinsiz paylaşma (doxing)
4. Moderasyon, Rapor ve Engelleme
Uygulama içinde:
- Rapor: Herhangi bir gönderi, mesaj veya kullanıcıyı rapor edebilirsiniz. Raporlar 24 saat içinde incelenir.
- Engelleme: Bir kullanıcıyı engelleyerek size mesaj/yorum yazmasını ve içeriğinizi görmesini engelleyebilirsiniz.
- Aksiyon: Yasaklı içerik tespit edilirse silinir; tekrarlayan ihlaller hesap kapatmaya neden olur.
5. Sizin İçerikleriniz
- Yüklediğiniz içerik (fotoğraf, gönderi, kombin) sizindir.
- Bize, Drobem hizmetini sunabilmek için içeriğinizi gösterme, depolama, dağıtma yönünde sınırlı, dünya çapında, ücretsiz, geri alınabilir bir lisans verirsiniz.
- Hesabınızı silerseniz bu lisans sona erer ve içeriğiniz 30 gün içinde sistemlerimizden silinir.
- Diğer kullanıcılarla paylaştığınız içeriğin onlar tarafından görüntülendiğini kabul edersiniz.
6. Bizim Haklarımız
- Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesabı önceden bildirimsiz askıya alma veya kapatma hakkımız vardır.
- Yasaklı içeriği önceden bildirimsiz kaldırma hakkımız vardır.
- Uygulamanın özelliklerini ekleme, çıkarma veya değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır.
7. Hizmette Aksaklık
Drobem hizmeti "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Sürekli, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garantisi vermiyoruz. Planlı bakım veya beklenmedik sorunlar nedeniyle hizmet geçici olarak kullanılamaz olabilir.
8. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Drobem ve geliştiricisi; uygulamanın kullanılmasından kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluk her halükarda son 12 ayda Drobem için ödediğiniz tutarla (ücretsiz hizmet için sıfırla) sınırlıdır.
9. Tazminat
Hizmeti hukuka aykırı kullanmanız veya Koşulları ihlaliniz sonucu üçüncü kişilerden gelebilecek talep ve zararlardan siz sorumlusunuz.
10. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Firebase ve Supabase gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi koşulları ayrıca geçerlidir.
11. Hesap Silme
İstediğiniz zaman hesabınızı silebilirsiniz: uygulama içinden Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil, veya sakkuzu79@gmail.com adresine talep e-postası gönderin. 30 gün içinde tüm verileriniz kalıcı silinir.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulamada bildirilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
13. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yargı
Bu Koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Anlaşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
14. İletişim
Terms of Use
By using Drobem, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms satisfy Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2 requirements for apps with user-generated content.
1. Service Description
Drobem is a mobile application that lets users build a digital wardrobe, design outfits, share them, and chat with other users.
2. Account Obligations
- You must be aged 16 or over.
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for your password's security.
- One person, one account.
- You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct (Zero Tolerance)
The following content and conduct are strictly forbidden on Drobem. Violations result in content removal and immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
- Pornographic, obscene, or nudity-containing content
- Violence, self-harm, or suicide promotion
- Hate speech, racism, discrimination, religious insults
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking
- Spam, fake accounts, automated (bot) interaction
- Copyright, trademark, or personality rights infringement
- Misleading information, fraud attempts
- Promotion of illegal goods/services
- Sharing others' private data without consent (doxing)
4. Moderation, Reporting and Blocking
Inside the app you can:
- Report any post, message, or user. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Block a user to prevent them from messaging/commenting on you and viewing your content.
- Action: prohibited content is removed; repeated violations lead to account closure.
5. Your Content
- Content you upload (photos, posts, outfits) belongs to you.
- You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to display, store, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Drobem service.
- If you delete your account, this license ends and your content is removed from our systems within 30 days.
- You accept that content you share with other users is visible to them.
6. Our Rights
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
- We may remove prohibited content without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to add, remove, or change app features.
7. Service Disruptions
Drobem is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance or unexpected issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drobem and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for Drobem in the last 12 months (zero for the free service).
9. Indemnification
You are responsible for any third-party claims and damages arising from your unlawful use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Firebase, and Supabase. Their respective terms also apply.
11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time: in-app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing sakkuzu79@gmail.com. All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
