Gizlilik Politikası
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Drobem mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını, koruduğunu ve paylaştığını açıklar. KVKK (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) ve GDPR uyumludur.
1. Veri Sorumlusu
Drobem uygulaması bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından sunulmaktadır.

2. Topladığımız Veriler
2.1 Hesap Bilgileri
- E-posta adresi
- Kullanıcı adı / görünen ad
- Şifre (yalnızca güvenli hash olarak saklanır)
- Profil fotoğrafı (yüklerseniz)
- Google ile giriş kullanırsanız: Google hesabınızın temel bilgileri (e-posta, ad, profil fotoğrafı)
2.2 İçerik Verileri
- Yüklediğiniz kıyafet ve kombin görselleri
- Paylaştığınız gönderiler, yorumlar, beğeniler
- Sohbet mesajlarınız (uçtan uca şifreli değildir; moderasyon amacıyla saklanır)
- Takip ettikleriniz / takipçileriniz
2.3 Cihaz & Teknik Veriler
- Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü
- Push bildirim için Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) cihaz token'ı
- Hata kayıtları (çökme raporları)
- IP adresi (oturum güvenliği için anlık)
2.4 Toplamadıklarımız
- Konum verisi (sürekli arka plan takibi YAPMAYIZ)
- Rehber / kişiler
- Reklam tanımlayıcıları (IDFA/AAID — kullanmıyoruz)
- Sağlık, finansal veya biyometrik veriler
3. Verileri Nasıl Kullanırız
- Hizmeti sunmak: hesabınızı yönetmek, içeriğinizi göstermek, sohbet etmenizi sağlamak
- İletişim: push bildirimleri (beğeni, yorum, mesaj), önemli hesap bildirimleri
- Güvenlik: spam/dolandırıcılık tespiti, hesap güvenliği, kuralları ihlal eden içeriğin moderasyonu
- İyileştirme: çökme tespiti, anonim kullanım istatistikleri
4. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanırız. Her birinin kendi gizlilik politikası uygulanır:
- Supabase — kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, dosya depolama (AB sunucuları)
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push bildirim teslimi
- Google Sign-In — Google ile giriş seçeneği
- Apple Sign-In — Apple ile giriş seçeneği (iOS sürümü)
Bu servisler verilerinizi kendi politikalarına göre işler. Drobem bu üçüncü taraflara minimum gerekli veriyi iletir.
5. Veri Saklama Süresi
- Hesap aktif olduğu sürece: tüm hesap verileri saklanır
- Hesabınızı silerseniz: 30 gün içinde tüm kişisel verileriniz sistemlerimizden silinir (kalıcı silme)
- Yasal yükümlülük: bazı kayıtlar yasal süre kadar (örn. 1-3 yıl) saklanabilir
6. KVKK Kapsamında Haklarınız (Madde 11)
Şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik / yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesine itiraz etme
- Zararınız doğduysa giderilmesini talep etme

7. Hesap Silme
Hesabınızı uygulamadan veya e-posta yoluyla istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz:
- Uygulama → Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil, veya
- "Hesabımı silmek istiyorum" konulu bir e-posta gönderin: sakkuzu79@gmail.com
8. Çocuklar
Drobem 16 yaş ve üstü kullanıcılara yöneliktir. 16 yaşından küçük olduğunuzu öğrenirsek hesabınızı sileriz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenirse uygulamada bildirimle veya bu sayfada haber verilir. Sayfanın üstündeki tarih değişiklik tarihini gösterir.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Drobem mobile application ("App") collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal data. It complies with the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698).

The Drobem app is offered by an independent developer.

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Email address
- Username / display name
- Password (stored only as a secure hash)
- Profile photo (if uploaded)
- If you sign in with Google: basic Google account info (email, name, profile picture)
2.2 Content Data
- Clothing and outfit images you upload
- Posts, comments, and likes you share
- Chat messages (not end-to-end encrypted; retained for moderation)
- Your follows / followers
2.3 Device & Technical Data
- Device model, OS version, app version
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications
- Crash logs
- IP address (transient, for session security)
2.4 What We Do NOT Collect
- Location data (we do NOT perform continuous background tracking)
- Contacts / address book
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID — not used)
- Health, financial, or biometric data
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service delivery: manage your account, display your content, enable chat
- Communication: push notifications (likes, comments, messages), important account notices
- Security: spam/fraud detection, account security, moderation of rule-violating content
- Improvement: crash detection, anonymous usage statistics
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage (EU servers)
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery
- Google Sign-In — Google login option
- Apple Sign-In — Apple login option (iOS)
These services process your data according to their own policies. Drobem shares only the minimum data required.
5. Data Retention
- While your account is active: all account data is retained
- If you delete your account: all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Legal obligations: certain records may be retained for legally required periods (e.g., 1-3 years)
6. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to:
- Know whether your data is being processed
- Request information about processing
- Know the purpose and confirm appropriate use
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete / incorrect data
- Request erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Object to automated decision-making
- Claim compensation for damages

7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time:
- In the app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or
- Email "I want to delete my account" to sakkuzu79@gmail.com
8. Children
Drobem is intended for users aged 16 and over. If we learn that a user is under 16, we delete their account.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will notify you in the app or on this page. The date at the top reflects the latest update.
